Company Inc. offers two distinctly different grades of
knives, made from different steels, designed to fit our
customers’ cutting requirements. All blades are manufactured
to the original equipment manufacturers’ (OEM) tolerances.
CKO-I
is a STANDARD CARBON ALLOY TOOL STEEL, often supplied
buy the original equipment manufacturer.
CKO-III
is a HIGH CARBON, HIGH CHROME ALLOY TOOL STEEL (HCHC),
containing sufficient amounts of chromium in the tool
steel composition to provide the proper balance of wear
resistance versus shock resistance. This tool steel is
heat treated and tempered to the original equipment manufacturer’s
specifications, thereby providing the best blade life
between sharpening.
Both CKS-I and
CKS-III grades are available with FROM STOCK delivery
for standard granulating machines.
